At this time we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds/returns on items unless faulty, however should your item not fit, you are welcome to exchange it for something else from the store to the same value within 28 days of your order date. You will be responsible for costs of shipping when returning/exchanging items, and I will then send your new item free of charge once the one you are exchanging is recieved.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.
